Although I can see how these shoes might work with the slight incline from heel to toe, I didn't really notice results in my leg muscles after walking across a couple airports in them (I tested them while I was traveling). My biggest disappointment was how the shoe fit. Even with the velcro strap, they still felt big and bulky, and the toe piece rubbed a lot. I am returning them to try a different fitness shoe.

I received the slide instead of the thong shoe. It was a great color but I wasn't interested in the slide. I finally got the correct shoe but was disappointed in the lack of cushion in the sole. I returned it.

extremely comfortable sandal. you can feel the difference in your muscles when you wear these as opposed to regular sandals.

I was skeptical, but I have to say I really think you do get more of a workout with these sandals! My thigh and butt muscles definitely feel more engaged than with regular shoes or sandals. The sandals are comfortable to wear. My only suggestion is that they could be slightly more attractive. I feel more comfortable wearing them with jeans so that they don't show so much.
